Whether you are cleaning your property, remodeling your home, or building an LEED housing development, we can manage your waste and divert construction and recycle material. We offer three sizes of demolition boxes: 10, 30, and 40 yard.
10-yard boxes – $463.84*
Our 10-yard boxes are ideal for small remodel projects and property clean up.
- Rental limited to 1 week and weight limit of 1 ton.
- Bulk rate will be applied to overside items placed in the container at an additional charge.

30-yard and 40-yard boxes
Ideal for mid to large size construction, roofing, and demolition projects. They also help with hauling and diverting large-scale recycle material.
- Rental limited to 1 week.
- A $600 down payment is required for 30- & 40-Yard boxes for EACH dumpster (including Dump and Returns). The down payment is applied to the final billing.

Landfill vs. Demolition recycling
There are two options with items placed in demolition boxes. Customers can rent a box, and the items will go to the landfill. Or customers can rent a demolition box, and the materials are diverted and recycled, not sent to the landfill but to a facility that processes the materials (additional fees will apply).
