*Some of the above items can be recyled, composted, or donated and repurposed.

NOTE: 10-yard boxes are limited to a 1-ton weight limit and can be filled to level with the top of the box, unless otherwise marked. In that case, filling should be to the interior line. Overfilled boxes will be rejected and subjected to a wasted trip fee.

I agree to the terms below:

The customer agrees to pay all costs associated with collecting amounts due to Bainbridge Disposal, Inc. for services rendered under this Drop Box Agreement, including attorneys’ fees, if the account becomes delinquent.

At the discretion of Bainbridge Disposal, Inc., a personal guarantee of payment may be required for services under this Drop Box Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, for the benefit of, and to obtain trade credit for Customer, the undersigned Guarantor hereby personally guarantees, on a joint and several basis along with any other guarantors of the obligations guaranteed herein, the performance of all obligations of Customer including, but not limited to, payment of all present and future indebtedness of Customer to Bainbridge Disposal, Inc., whether secured or unsecured and regardless of how the indebtedness is incurred and regardless of prior notice, demand or pursuit of remedies against Customer. This Personal Guarantee shall continue in effect until such time, if ever, as Guarantor has delivered written notice of the termination of this Personal Guarantee; provided, however, that any such termination shall not alter any obligation of Guarantor arising hereunder prior to receipt of such written notice.

Bainbridge Disposal, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to roadways, driveways, brush, shrubs, trees, or any other existing site improvements. Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, and forever hold harmless Bainbridge Disposal, Inc., its employees, officers, and agents, from all responsibility and liability, including attorneys’ fees, with respect to all claims for personal injury or property damage arising from drop box services.

The customer hereby agrees to responsibility over contents inside the drop box and their respected fees. Customer acknowledges the items listed as acceptable for a demolition box. Customer also acknowledges the non-acceptable items for a demolition drop box and is knowledgeable of the risk associated with disposal of them. All remaining household or commercial garbage will be associated with a solid waste drop box.
