The best routine is to always have your bins out by 6:00 am. This is true rain, snow, or shine. If you cannot get them safely to the curb, double up for the next week.
As conditions may vary depending on you location and other variables, we may be running late or find it necessary to cancel service. If we have not arrived by 5:00 pm, please remove your bins from the curb and double up for the following week.
